Hotel Owner Arrested In Kolkata Fire That Killed 9, Including 7 Bangladeshis

Of the nine persons killed in the hotel fire, seven were Bangladeshi residents, one was from Jharkhand and one from Siliguri in Darjeeling district of West Bengal.
