'Hopeful' US. Canada Will Reach Deal: Fmr. Trade Official

Former Canadian Trade Minister Mary Ng says she is hopeful the US and Canada can reach a trade agreement before Friday's deadline, pointing to positive signals from negotiators on both sides.
