Liverpool's Pub of The Year recipient in the LCR Tourism Awards will be shut for an extended period as it prepares for its biggest refurbishment in its seven year history.‌Arts Bar opened in July 2019 "with the dream of giving local creatives a platform to showcase and celebrate their work".
