Homeopathic practitioner hacked to death in Natore

A homeopathic practitioner was hacked to death in his chamber at Chandpur Market in Natore Sadar upazila on Wednesday night. Police said the motive behind the killing remains unclear.The deceased, Md Anwarul Islam, 60, of Puthia upazila in Rajshahi, had been running a chamber at Chandpur Bazar for several decades.Md Monsur Ahmed, officer-in-charge of Natore Sadar Police Station, said criminals attacked Anwarul around 7:30pm while he was working in his chamber.Police recovered the body and sent it to Natore Sadar Hospital for autopsy.“No one saw who attacked him. Police are investigating the incident and trying to identify the culprits,” the OC added.Locals said Anwarul used to arrive at his shop in the afternoon and keep it open until 9:00pm. Though he had been practicing in the area for m
