Ho Chi Minh City partners with state firm to localize metro technology

Global Technology and Telecommunications Corporation (GTEL), a state-owned enterprise under Vietnam's Ministry of Public Security, has partnered with Ho Chi Minh City to research and master metro operating technologies in a move aimed at increasing the localization rate of the city's urban railway system.
