HMWSSB Citizen Services app restored

The Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (HMWS&SB) has restored services on its Citizen Services mobile application following a temporary technical disruption that affected water tanker bookings.The technical issue, which caused inconvenience to users, was identified and resolved by the Board’s technical teams. All its functions are now functioning normally, officials said.Water tanker booking services are also available through Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) and the official website.
