HMRC's latest quarterly advisory fuel rates begin from September 1, the tax authority, which operates under the Labour Party government, has said.‌The four changes include diesel, which has decreased by 1p for mid-sized (1601cc–2000cc) and large (over 2000cc) engines. Petrol or unleaded has increased by 1p per mile for large engines (over 2000cc), too.‌And the fourth and final change is for LPGs with large engines, which have decreased by 1p per mile for engines over 2000cc.
