HMRC has issued a notice for mums and dads, saying they can sign up for Tax-Free Childcare on Playday to help pay for holiday clubs, after-school clubs, nurseries and childminders.‌The notice marks one of the first HMRC appeals since Andy Burnham became Prime Minister. The Labour Party government PM will oversee HMRC alongside Chancellor, John Healey, who will be in charge of HM Treasury.‌None of the Tax-Free Childcare rules have changed since Mr Burnham entered No10.
