HMRC has issued a notice for mums and dads, saying they can sign up for Tax-Free Childcare on Playday to help pay for holiday clubs, after-school clubs, nurseries and childminders.‌The notice marks one of the first HMRC appeals since Andy Burnham became Prime Minister.
