Roath Park House sits in the heart of Roath Park and was once occupied by the Pettigrew family who helped to develop many of the city’s parks and green spaces.‌The two-storey property forms part of the Roath Park Trust and Cardiff Council, in its role as sole trustee of the charity, is seeking expressions of interest from individuals, businesses, and organisations interested in bringing the property back into use for community, recreation, leisure, or wellbeing purposes.‌This comes after the much-loved building has sat empty for a number of years.
