MANILA, Philippines – Commission on Audit auditor Xylene Mae del Campo raised concerns over the handling and disbursement of Vice President Sara Duterte’s confidential funds as the impeachment trial entered its 15th day on Wednesday. Del Campo told the Senate impeachment court that transferring confidential funds from a special disbursing officer to another person breaks
