Hermitage Dam Falls to 31.4% as Kingston Water Is Rationed

The Hermitage Dam has fallen to 31.4 per cent of capacity, prompting water rationing in Kingston. The Mona Reservoir also declined to 55.8 per cent, with restrictions in effect since 3 August.
