MANILA, Philippines — The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) on Monday, July 6, advised motorists to expect heavier traffic in parts of Manila, Quezon City and Parañaque because of roadwork and improvement activities that would continue until December. “Motorists are advised to take alternate routes and allow extra travel time in the affected areas,” it
