Heavy rains flooded southern Ontario. Veterans are stepping up to help locals recover.

Volunteers with Team Rubicon Canada are working in basements across St. Catharines, Ont. helping homeowners clean up after roughly two months’ worth of rain fell on the city in a matter of days, triggering catastrophic flooding and sewage backups.
