Heavy rainfall forecast in Ilocos Sur, other Luzon areas until Sunday

MANILA, Philippines — Heavy rainfall is forecast in parts of Ilocos Sur and other parts of Luzon from Saturday to Sunday due to the southwest monsoon, or habagat, the state weather bureau said on Saturday.  In a rainfall outlook issued at 11 a.m., the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said that Ilocos
