Parts of Hyderabad received rain on August 4, 2026 | Photo Credit: SUBYENDU GANGULY Dark clouds that hovered over several parts of Hyderabad through Tuesday (August 4, 2026) gave way to heavy rain after 4 p.m., bringing showers to several parts of the city.The rain lashed parts of Secunderabad, Begumpet, Mettuguda, Tarnaka and Nacharam, among other areas, after an overcast day.According to data from Telangana Development Planning Society (TGDPS), as of 6 p.m., Charminar recorded a rainfall of 15 mm followed by 11.3 mm in Keesara 9.5 mm in Chintal, 6.5 mm in Allwyn Colony and 6 mm in Kavadiguda.
