Moderate to heavy rains lashed several parts of north Telangana in the last 24 hours, bringing cheer to farmers amid El Nino concerns but disrupting normal life in parts of Mancherial and Jagtial districts on Wednesday.Bellampalli mandal in Mancherial district was among the most affected with a tank breaching at Kannala village and inundating nearby agricultural fields, sources said.Traffic was disrupted in the Ramnagar area of Bellampalli town after rainwater stagnated on a bridge.
