LUCENA CITY — The municipality of Infanta, Quezon recorded a dangerously high temperature on Thursday (July 16), with its heat index reaching 49 degrees Celsius as of 2 p.m. According to the weather bureau, heat index values ranging from 42°C to 51°C fall under the “Danger” category, where prolonged exposure may lead to heat cramps,
