HC to hear appeal against order staying Kalyana Lakshmi, Shaadi Mubarak schemes

The Telangana High Court will hear on Tuesday the appeal filed by the State government against a single judge’s order staying implementation of Kalyana Lakshmi and Shaadi Mubarak schemes.Earlier on Monday, the bench of Chief Justice Aparesh Kumar Singh and Justice G.M. Mohiuddin overruled the objections raised by the HC Registry over the appeal petition and directed it to allot the number for hearing.
