HC stays single judge order stalling Kalyana Lakshmi, Shaadi Mubarak schemes

A division bench of Telangana High Court on Tuesday stayed the single judge order stalling implementation of Kalyana Lakshmi and Shaadi Mubarak schemes.The bench of Chief Justice Aparesh Kumar Singh and Justice G.M. Mohiuddin passed the direction after hearing an appeal filed by principal secretaries of the departments of Backward Classes, Scheduled Caste Development, Scheduled Tribes Welfare, Minorities Welfare, Women and Child Welfare and Finance.
