HC orders suo moto contempt case against HYDRAA Commissioner

The Telangana High Court on Wednesday directed the Registry to suo moto register a contempt of court case against HYDRAA Commissioner and IPS officer A.V. Ranganath observing that the officer had demolished the compound wall of a property in Malkajgiri of Medchal Malkajgiri district in violation of the HC orders. Justice N.V. Shravan Kumar of the High Court, passing the order, said the HYDRAA authorities erected the link-mesh fencing around the property without any proper communication/instruction from the Revenue authorities concerned.
