Half of Nearly 400 Russian Missiles Evaded Ukrainian Defenses in July

Kyiv Post asserted that Russia had launched a record 377 missiles at Ukraine in July as of the afternoon of July 31. Of those, 251 were cruise missiles and 126 were ballistic missiles, with the interception rate for the latter at an abysmal 29% amid Kyiv’s persistent shortage of Patriot interceptor missiles.
