Guatemala Maps 924 Vulnerable Settlements as Enade Targets Homicides

Guatemala's RAI registry has mapped 924 informal settlements in nine of ten urban nodes, and the Enade business summit proposed cutting the homicide rate from 16 to 8 per 100,000 inhabitants by 2036.
