GROUNDUP: Durban flood victims left on pavement as court rejects housing bid

Flood victims evicted from temporary accommodation in Durban are still homeless after a court dismissed their urgent bid for emergency housing. The eThekwini Municipality says qualifying families have been relocated, but those left outside say they have nowhere else to go.
