Gran refuses to sell patch of garden to save ancient oak from £45,000,000 Hereford Bypass

A 500-year-old oak tree which has stood for centuries could be cut down to make way for a £45,000,000 bypass, but the owner of a property in the way has refused to sell a patch of her garden
