Government targets local production of Zonda vehicle components under 24-hour economy

Government is pushing for the local production of selected components used in vehicles assembled by Zonda as part of efforts to deepen Ghana’s manufacturing capacity and create more jobs under the 24-hour economy. Vice President Professor Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang said identifying vehicle parts that could be manufactured locally would create opportunities for Ghanaian businesses and expand employment across the manufacturing value chain.
