Government planning IT park for Belagavi, says Satish Jarkiholi

Satish Jarkiholi | Photo Credit: File Photo Minister for Public Works and Belagavi district in-charge Minister, Satish Jarkiholi, has said that the State government was taking steps to establish an IT park in Belagavi with the objective of creating employment opportunities for local youth.Chairing a meeting at the Belagavi Urban Development Authority (BUDA) office on Saturday, Mr. Jarkiholi directed BUDA officials to prepare a detailed plan for the proposed IT park, including the identification of suitable land, infrastructure, and other facilities.He said many young people from Belagavi were moving to other districts and States in search of employment owing to limited local opportunities.
