GoldBod CEO: Ghana now refining portion of locally mined gold

The Chief Executive Officer of the Ghana Gold Board (GoldBod), Sammy Gyamfi, says Ghana has started retaining a portion of its locally mined gold for refining, in a move aimed at increasing value addition within the country’s gold industry.
