Police recently cracked down on another suspected crystal methamphetamine factory on a Limpopo farm and arrested individuals from countries including Mexico, adding to concerns about Mexican cartel activity in South Africa. The US, meanwhile, says those cartels have converged with counterparts in Ecuador.
