Glasgow foodies 'buzzing' as trendy salad bar opens new West End branch

It marks the popular eatery's fourth branch in the city since opening almost a decade ago.‌The new venue is located on Byres Road, situated between Hillhead Subway Station and the Botanic Gardens. Taking over the former Park Hi Tea Unit, the doors were officially opened at 10am yesterday (Wednesday, July 22).‌First opened in 2018, Sprigg was launched with the mission to "improve convenience food culture".
