Girl, 17, dies in ‘medical episode’ at UK music festival

Emergency services were called to the scene just before 2.15am today following reports. Despite first responders giving her CPR, the teenager was pronounced dead at the scene. Cumbria Police said inquiries into her death are ongoing. A statement said: ‘Her family have been informed and are being supported by specialist officers.
