Girabolhos dam tender in Portugal moves forward with private investment

The Government has relaunched the Girabolhos dam project by issuing an international public tender, published in the Diário da República (Official Gazette), for the concession of water abstraction, hydroelectric generation, and the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of the infrastructure for a 65-year period.
