Ghana Water’s non-revenue water remains above PURC target despite improvement

Ghana Water Limited has struggled over the years to reduce its high level of non-revenue water, according to the Executive Secretary of the Public Utilities Regulatory Commission (PURC), Dr Shafic Suleman.
