Gambia: Judge Says One-Year Detention of Rape Suspect Without Trial Unconstitutional

[Foroyaa] Justice Isatou Janneh of the Bundung High Court has ruled that the continued detention of Moses Manneh for more than a year without trial violated his constitutional rights to personal liberty and to a fair hearing within a reasonable time.
