The famous actress told People that the grueling role left her “on crutches” at the end of filming, in an interview published on Aug. 28. Gadot takes on the role of a high-powered London defense attorney whose son is taken while she is on her morning jog and admitted that despite using an Olympic trainer to perfect her running technique, she ultimately ended up injured. “I finished the film on crutches,” Gadot told People.“There was only so much [I could do].
