G7 Ambassadors and IMF Mission Discuss Ukraine’s Economic Stability

Ambassadors from the G7 countries met with an IMF mission led by Gavin Gray in Ukraine this week to discuss macro-financial stability, structural reforms, and the country’s ongoing financial needs. The G7 reaffirmed support for Ukraine, emphasizing that reforms aligned with EU standards remain a key priority. The IMF mission, which began on Aug. 31, is evaluating Ukraine’s compliance with the $8.1 billion Extended Fund Facility (EFF) program.
