Full list of Morrisons Daily stores shutting as supermarket plans 100 closures this year

In another blow to the UK high street, the supermarket chain announced in May that 100 of its Daily shops will shut over the next few months, affecting hundreds of jobs. The Morrisons Daily stores marked for closure are ‘the most challenged’ loss-makers, and all are former McColl’s outlets acquired by the firm back in 2022. The chain boasts around 1,700 convenience stores and 500 supermarkets and employs around 95,000 people. Morrisons is currently consulting affected staff, according to reports.
