Free SHS should be funded with local revenue, not loans — Gideon Boako

The Deputy Ranking Member on Parliament's Finance Committee and Tano North MP, Dr Gideon Boako, has argued that the Free Senior High School (Free SHS) policy should continue to be financed through domestic revenue rather than borrowed funds.
