Former Chief Minister Siddaramaiah skips first day’s session of legislature
Congress leader Siddaramaiah Former Chief Minister Siddaramaiah was absent on the first day of the Monsoon Session of the Karnataka legislature on Thursday.Several other members, including former Ministers H.C. Mahadevappa and K. Venkatesh, both from Mysuru district, also did not attend the Assembly session.Mr. Siddaramaiah was reportedly upset over the Congress leadership’s decision not to induct Basavaraj Shivannanavar, Byadagi MLA, into the Cabinet.
