Krishnakumar, former Chief Justice of the Manipur High Court, as its Chairman.A Government Order to this effect was issued by the Law Department. Justice R.M.T. Teekaa Raman, former judge of the Madras High Court; T.K. Ramachandran, former Additional Chief Secretary; and A.
