SEATTLE — One day after the decision to overturn his red card that engulfed the World Cup in controversy, Folarin Balogun was indeed in the U.S. men’s national team’s lineup to face Belgium on Monday. The Royal Belgian Football Association, in one of two statements released Monday, had said that it “has informed the United States Soccer Federation that it contests the eligibility of the player [Balogun], should the player be listed on the referee’s team sheet.
