Flooded areas in Metro Manila on Saturday morning

MANILA, Philippines — Several areas in Metro Manila were submerged in flood after heavy rains on Saturday morning, Aug. 29, due to the southwest monsoon, or habagat, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) said.   In an advisory, the MMDA listed the following flooded areas as of 8:44 a.m.:
