Flashing-light kites disrupt 21 flights at Vietnam's busiest airport Tan Son Nhat

Several flights were unable to take off or land at Tan Son Nhat International Airport in Ho Chi Minh City on Thursday evening after three kites fitted with flashing lights were spotted in the sky.
