The suspect is said to have been wearing fishnets and a miniskirt when strolling down Granby Road in Bournemouth, Dorset, on Wednesday. He allegedly indecently exposed himself to one woman at around 7am when she was walking her dog. Then, at around 8am, Dorset Police say, he was spotted flashing himself at another woman as she walked her dog in the area.
