Flash flood emergency hits Midwestern states

Illinois and Ohio were hit with a flash flood emergency this week as a long line of storms dumped heavy rain on the Midwest. Boats had to travel down what should be roadways for rescue efforts. Meg Oliver reports and Lonnie Quinn has the forecast.
