Five Japanese oil distributors admit to forming price cartel

East Japan Usami and Kyoei Sekiyu of Tokyo, Eneos Wing of Nagoya, Enex Fleet of Osaka and Kitaseki of Miyagi Prefecture are suspected of violating the antimonopoly law.
