Firm that owns iconic Scots ice cream cafe building calls in administrators

The firm is the owner of a building in a Scottish seaside town that houses a renowned ice cream shop.‌Nardini's, based in Largs, has been dubbed the country's "most famous" café, restaurant and ice cream parlour. The iconic art-deco style premises was built in the 1930s and still boasts its original style today.‌A public gazette for Italgelat confirms the company behind the iconic venue appointed Ian Wright and Alistair Mitchell of Quantuma as joint administrators on August 25, 2026.
