July 29, 2026 1:44 PM ET A San Francisco therapist is facing seven felony counts after she allegedly raped a minor whom she was treating while he was in juvenile detention, according to a Contra Costa District Attorney’s Office press release.Sofia Ann-Buitron Drotts, 26, has been charged with two counts of unlawful sexual intercourse, two counts of oral copulation of a person under 18 years of age, one count of sexual penetration by a foreign object, two counts of sending harmful matter to a minor, and one count of possession of child or youth pornography, according to the same press release.
