Feds to open disaster loan application help centers in wake of June storms

The U.S. Small Business Administration plans to establish Disaster Loan Outreach Centers for people impacted by three rounds of storms that ravaged the Chicago area last month. The centers are set to open July 15 and run through July 30, and will have representatives available to help answer questions about the disaster loan program, explain the application process and help with applications.
