Feds settle lawsuit with L.A. County Sheriff's Department over concealed firearm permits

The U.S. Department of Justice claimed "a huge win for the residents of Los Angeles County and for the Second Amendment," announcing a settlement Thursday in a lawsuit filed against the Sheriff's Department over delays in processing applications for permits to carry concealed firearms.
