Fedorov: 200,000+ AWOL Cases Top Mobilization Crisis

Former Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov said tackling the growing number of AWOL cases should be the first goal of mobilization reform. He also argued Ukraine should overhaul its recruitment system, improve military training and allow recruits to choose their units instead of relying on punitive enforcement.
